Background
In today's world, companies and organizations are facing a scenario of constant change and adjustments in terms of management procedures, methods and organizational models, to which the employees must adapt quickly and efficiently. Professionals must be facilitators in the implementation of new ways to interact with the environment. Therefore, it is necessary to understand these changes and to be prepared, in order to face those transformations of the market and the industries in which the company or organization operates.
 
Objectives
The provision of management tools, through a theoretical and practical approach, which allow the professionals to understand, analyze and intervene in the complex scenario of modernization and transformation.
 
The understanding of the importance of efficient organization, planning and time management.
 
The provision of knowledge and the application of tools for coordinated and collaborative teamwork.
 
The acquisition of tools for the management of processes that affect the work cycle: recruitment, training and output.
 
The provision of quality services for the customers - from the role as administrators to skill enhancement.
 
The acquisition of skills for an efficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) for the development of administrative functions.
